We set out to provide a one of a kind luxury experience to our customers. We want to feel the level of care and thought we put into each of our products we bring to you.
Our use of a beautifully luxurious material such as marble, frosted glass, bamboo, vibrant glassware for our candles and colored metal tins provides an upscale experience yet all materials are reusable, renewable and recyclable packaging that no only offers you the ability to take care of yourself but the environment also.
We love your feedback and your questions about our sourcing of quality vegan and natural products used to make these great products we want to be able to cater to our audience and provide not only a tropical luxury experience but also a great way to take care of yourself mind, body & soul.
Our key to customer success is to not only provide you with a great product with all the bells and whistles but also provide great samples of our existing and new products to come.
Shipping & Handling
Due to the impact of COVID-19, processing/shipping times are extended up to 7 to 10 business days.
All luxury body & candle orders are customized and made to order. Purchased items and goodies ship within 5 to 7 business days of placing order.
Please keep in mind that during sales and holiday seasons orders will have delayed shipping times. You don't have to email me about your order. Emails go out once your tracking information has been updated.
All orders are shipped tightly in boxes via 1 to 3 day USPS Priority Mail shipping. Please keep in mind this timeframe can change based on region and weather.
Order Processing
Tracking
Tracking Numbers are sent automatically to the email used when order was placed. It is sent when your order is ready to ship, and will update within 24 hours when packages are dropped off at USPS. Please note that if you place multiple orders, they will ship separately.
Refunds & Exchanges
All sales are final and refunds are prohibited due to items being made to order and due to hygienic reasons. PLEASE NOTE that when you make a purchase you are agreeing with this policy.
Delivery
J.BOTANICALS is not responsible for packages that are undelivered, misdelivered, stolen, or damaged in transit, provided that they are shipped to the address provided on the order unless otherwise specified by the customer. Should items be undelivered and returned to J. BOTANICALS. A reshipment fee is paid by customer for reshipment. If there is a discrepency(wrong item shipped) it must be reported within 5 days of receiving your order.
